How do I use a dashboard?

Power BI: To use a Power BI dashboard, click on the URL shared with you. After opening the URL, you will get a prompt to sign-in for the first time. Please use your staffID@maruti.co.in to sign in along with your Maruti password. After signing in, you will be able to view the dashboard.

Qlik: To access Qlik application, kindly click on shared URL:
1. For Internal Applications > AD Credentials to be used
2. For DMS Applications > DMS credentials to be used

I would like to have access on a dashboard. How can I have that?

Power BI: To get access to a dashboard, you have to raise an SR on iServe. Below is the path for the same - iServe >> New Service request >> AUT >> Access on Power BI Dashboard

Qlik: For any new access or the modification in the existing access on Qlik, service request in iServe needs to raised. Path: iServe >> New Service Request >> Qlik >> Application Access

When I open the URL of a dashboard, I am getting error page. What to do?

Power BI: Sometime the Power BI Service server is down due to which we see this error. Please try clsoing the browser and reopening the link in a new browser window.

Qlik: Close all the tabs and re-open the URL in Microsoft Edge. If error persists, kindly contact Qlik support (itsl_qlikview@maruti.co.in)
